Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. From your first inquiry to the moment you walk down the aisle, we're here to make your bridal beauty experience seamless, organized, and stress-free.

Here's what you can expect when booking with First Look Bridal Team.

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Complete our bridal inquiry form with your wedding details, including:

• Wedding date

• Venue location

• Ceremony time

• Number of hair and makeup services needed

• Getting ready location

We'll review your details, confirm our availability, and provide a personalized quote based on your bridal beauty needs.

Step 2: Review Your Proposal

Once we've confirmed availability, you'll receive a customized proposal that includes:

• Your selected services

• Pricing

• Travel fees (if applicable)

• Our bridal policies

• Frequently asked questions

We'll be happy to answer any questions you have before moving forward.

Step 3: Reserve Your Wedding Date

Your wedding date is officially secured once we receive:

• Your signed bridal contract

• A non-refundable booking retainer

Because we accept a limited number of weddings each season, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without both the signed contract and retainer.

Step 4: Relax While We Handle the Details

Once you're officially booked, we'll begin organizing everything behind the scenes.

Our team will:

• Reserve your wedding date.

• Assign the appropriate number of professional artists based on your bridal party size.

• Coordinate artist scheduling.

• Build a customized beauty timeline for your wedding morning.

• Communicate with your planner or coordinator if needed.

• Help answer beauty-related questions throughout your planning process.

Our goal is to make your wedding morning feel effortless long before the day arrives.

Step 5: Schedule Your Bridal Preview

If you've booked a bridal preview, we recommend scheduling it approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding.

Your preview allows us to:

• Bring your inspiration to life.

• Personalize your hairstyle and makeup.

• Test your veil and accessories.

• Make adjustments before the wedding day.

• Ensure you feel completely confident in your final look.

Bridal previews are available for booked brides and are scheduled based on our salon availability.

Step 6: Finalize Wedding Details

About 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we'll confirm all of the final details, including:

• Final service count

• Wedding morning location

• Ceremony start time

• Artist arrival time

• Beauty timeline

• Hair extension recommendations (if needed)

• Any special requests or accommodations

This ensures everyone is prepared and your morning runs smoothly.

Step 7: Final Payment

Your remaining balance is due prior to your wedding date, as outlined in your contract.

Once payment is complete, all that's left to do is get excited for your big day.

On your wedding morning, our artists arrive on location fully prepared with professional products and tools to create your customized bridal look. We will keep everyone on schedule while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere so you can soak in every moment with your favorite people. Whether it's securing your veil, placing your accessories, making final touch-ups, or calming pre-ceremony nerves, we're here to support you every step of the way.
